1. Not financial advice

Everything here is general information and commentary about public data. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not recommend buying or selling anything. I am not a licensed financial adviser. Prediction-market trading can lose all of the money you put in. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice if you need it.

2. Prediction markets may not be legal where you are

Whether you can use Polymarket or any other prediction market depends on where you live, and the rules change. Writing about a market is not an invitation to trade it. Following the law where you are is your responsibility.

3. Accuracy

I work hard to get the numbers right: every figure comes from public data that I pull and check with my own scripts. Mistakes still happen, data sources change, and a verdict can be overtaken by later results. The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it is complete, accurate or up to date. If you find an error, please tell me; confirmed corrections are made on the page they affect.

4. Opinions and verdicts

Verdicts such as "Advertisement", "Unproven" or "Debunked" are my opinion, based on the evidence set out on each page, about whether a public claim holds up. They are not statements about anyone's character or intentions beyond what the evidence shows. If a page is about you or your wallet and you think it is wrong, you can reply through the contact page; I will consider it and correct or add your response where it's warranted.

5. Independence and trademarks

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Polymarket, Kalshi, X or any other company it mentions. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what is being discussed.

6. Using what's here

The text, tables and analysis on this site are © Alykhan Virani. You may quote short passages and cite figures, with a link to the page they came from. Please don't republish whole pages or present the analysis as your own. Public data (wallet addresses, trades, market outcomes) belongs to no one, and you're free to check it yourself.

7. Submissions and messages

When you submit a claim or send a message, you let me read it, use it to decide what to check, and quote it in a published page if relevant. I won't publish your name or email address without your permission. Please don't send other people's private information; a link to a public post or wallet is all a submission needs.

8. Links to other sites

Pages link to posts, profiles and data on other websites. I don't control those sites and am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or its forms, including by sending automated or bulk submissions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, that comes from using or relying on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
